Copying Purchase Orders with Project Accounting Information

There are so many metaphors I could use right now, like...

When you are so thirsty, and you take a big old swig out of an old water bottle only to find it contains nothing but backwash...

When you wanted a specific thing for Christmas, and you unwrap your last present and think you got it (because of the box) only to find you got socks and underwear...

Such it is sometimes with features in Dynamics GP that don't apply to you if you use one of the "specialty" modules like Project Accounting, Human Resources, Manufacturing, etc.

This week I had a client who was so excited to discover that there is a copy feature for purchase orders (Actions..Copy PO Lines to Current PO, Create and Copy New PO).

They were SO excited. Until they tried to actually use it.  Because, see, they use project accounting.  So this is what they got...wah-wah....

If you agree that this should be changed, help me out by voting for the product suggestion on MS Connect! Help a gal out on this one!
